Thank you for shopping at our online swim store. We strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, in the event that you need to return an item, we have outlined our refund policy below:

  1. Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 3  days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be a standard size and not custom made , unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Products bought in the sale are NOT eligible for return or customisation, store credit, or monetary refunds.

  1. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of a store credit.

  1. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different size , please return the item(s) and place a new order.

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item(s) received were incorrect or damaged.

  1. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will Replace it.
