The returns and exchange of your online purchase are based on the following terms.
Returns -

The terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by third party and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale.

Goods will be returned only if they are returned in their original packaging. We do not provide refund on any goods sold. 

. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or a store credit if they meet our terms and conditions

We do not provide Reverse Pick-up, you are responsible for shipping your return to us and are responsible for tracking information of your return.

Returns must be received within 15 days from delivery date.

All returns must be in a perfect conditon with all original tags attached, the panty liner in place and must be free of any odor and/or stains

Alternatively, the customer may even call at our customer care number +919833593375 which remains open 11am-8pm IST on 6 DAYS (Monday to Saturday). If you are not satisfied with the product received by you for any reason you may have the option to exchange. We are not liable for any damages caused to the Product during transit.

It is upto Kai Resortwears discretion to decide if the returned item(s) are in a perfect condition or not. If not, then the items will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Shipping costs are not refundable.

All footwear should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear , Soiled or stained sole will not be accepted.

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

As these are high-quality products, please be sure to care for your items as instructed on the tags. Hot tubs heavily chlorinated pools and lotions may cause yellowing or fading of a swimsuit. These are not considered defects. Once a swimsuit is worn, and the tags are removed, the item(s) may not be returned/exchanged for any reason.

The Products can be exchanged within three days only if its in perfect conditions. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. - In case of Swimwear , the hygiene tag should be intact. - No exchange will be provided on customised products.

If you need your exchange item in a short time frame, we recommend that you place a new order online, once you send back your original order; we will just process it as a return and refund your original form of payment.
